If you received a damaged item or the wrong order, please contact us at info@komisofilm.com within 7 days, providing details and photos of the damage or incorrect item. Our team will assist you with the next steps.

Please note that we only accept returns for damaged items. If you receive a damaged item, please allow 6-12 business days for us to receive it. Once we have received your damaged item, it may take up to 10 business days to process. After inspection and approval, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment and notify you via email. Once the refund is issued, please allow an additional 2 business days for the funds to be posted to your account. Refunds can only be credited to your original method of payment.
